Lucy Vann investigates, records and reinterprets often overlooked everyday occurences through moving image, photography, objects, performance and writing. Her work takes both their source and setting from the apparently mundane surroundings. Lucy’s work during her residency drew on personal rituals as well as the wider subjects of well being and self improvement. Lucy create a number of inquisitive and jocose works that drew attention to the sometimes absurd elements of certain lifestyle choices.
